The Special Election to fill the vacancy in the 139th District will take place on Tuesday, January 13th, 2026. Voting will take place from 6:00am-8:00pm and will be held at the Rose City Senior Center at 8 Mahan Drive, Norwich, CT 06360.​​

The deadline to register to vote in the special election is Friday, December 26, 2025.

ONLY Norwich Precincts 2 & 3 are eligible to vote in the Special Election. To see if you live in Precincts 2 or 3, click here. 

Early voting will take place at the Norwich City Hall from Thursday, January 8th until Sunday, January 11th.
